I take $200 deposits for all custom orders. Every surfboard is 100% handshaped. Meaning no CNC machines, ghost shapers, or shortcuts. Your board is truly built one at a time.
Turnarounds vary depending on my current shaping backlog and fiberglassing turnarounds. Typically clear sanded finishes are in the 1-2 month range. More specialized boards requiring custom blanks and stringers, pigment, tint, or airbrush color work, gloss and polishes, wooden tail blocks, etc. are often in the 2-4 month range.
